Offline receipt check

Paste a Receipted Memory disclosure receipt and public key. This page verifies locally against the canonical body and P-256 signature, with no network calls. VALID proves integrity, custody, and minimization only; it does not prove provider confidentiality, and client timestamps are client-asserted unless separately anchored.
